Cactus successfully achieves an annual output of 3000 new designs, thus motivating and satisfying its customers as a result.

For us, producing first-class quality is essential. Thanks to our high-quality products and our professional employees, the production work at Cactus is something we can be very proud of. Up to 60 million greetings cards are produced in Germany and in Asia each year. Always proving themselves as market leaders are our unique, high quality handmade cards. They are also very popular and highly rated by our customers, too.
LOGISTICS
Long delivery times and long distances? Not with us! Even when it comes to logistics, Cactus proves itself to be a strong partner for its customers. Due to 'just-in-time' deliveries, we are able to deliver many packages at store level every day. And by means of our own vehicle fleet and transport partners, we can conduct our customers' daily deliveries in a safe and guaranteed way.
SERVICE
For the Cactus company, excellent service is a must! Every day, many of our service personnel are on the road with our vehicle fleet assisting our customers with the product selection in their retail businesses. At present they are looking after approximately 2500 traders in the German-speaking area. Due to the large number of competent field staff, Cactus can guarantee up to 150,000 service visits a year.
